Its durable cast iron exterior gives radiant heat, a variable-speed blower spreads it, and a wall thermostat comes standard. It is mobile home approved. Controls are concealed, with a tri-mode system: manual, high/low, or automatic.

Possible Downsides

• It needs electricity to run. Regency lists about 200 watts while operating.
• It runs on pellets, not cordwood. You buy and store bagged fuel.
