A furnace heats the whole house to warm the one room you sit in. You need heat where you live. The Regency Cascades F2500 is for the homeowner who wants a wood fire to carry the room, or more. Choose a stove sized wrong and you either chase a cold room or cook yourself out of it.

What Makes It Special

The Cascades F2500 adds triple burn hybrid technology to the Classic F2450 design: longer burns, higher efficiency, and lower emissions. A catalytic thermometer shows when to engage the catalyst, which carries a 10-year, 100% warranty.

Regency backs its wood products with a limited lifetime warranty and builds them from thick-gauge steel.

Possible Downsides

• It is a wood fire. You load it, tend it, and carry out the ash.

If you want real wood heat where you actually live, the Regency Cascades F2500 is the right decision. On the coldest night, the house is warm and the fire is the reason.
